Inspired by old sci-fi movies, "The Galaxy Octopus Thing From Outer Space" is a parody of abduction narratives. It takes references from popular sci-fi TV shows and other media. More importantly, it's a cautionary tale about not getting into random barfights in the middle of Roswell, New Mexico.
